The bedroom has a double bed with clean linens, a night table, closet, and window. SECURITY DEPOSIT (cash or e-transfer) IS REQUIRED and is 100% refundable at the end of your stay; the bedroom and general areas are cleaned, and the keys are returned. The bedroom is lockable.
For single, responsible, considerate, respectful working persons or people who work from out of town; the place must be maintained clean and tidy; no smoking/party/alcohol/drugs and no pets. NO GUESTS ALLOW AND NO OVERNIGHT STAYING.

The place is a non-party non-drinker, non-drug / Cannabis user house.
