This apartment/loft with high ceilings is a warm, cozy and bright space.
It will be available for rent from the 1st of December 2025 until May 1st 2026.

All the furniture seen in the pictures will be at your disposal. All amenities and internet are included in the rent.
You will have access to a living room with a bar and a projector to watch TV (Netflix and Crave included).
A mezzanine overlooks the whole loft and could be used as a meditation or creation space. The other side of the mezzanine has a double bed on the floor.
A closed bedroom with a Queen size bed and bedside tables.
A bathroom with a spacious and comfortable bath tub.
4 big wardrobes will also be at your disposal.

This loft is the perfect place to spend a winter in Montreal.
It is located 1 minute away from the Jean Talon metro station (orange, blue and yellow lines), it is also 1 minute away from Saint-Hubert street (Dollarama, Pharmaprix, Jean Coutu, Métro, IGA), and it is a 7 minutes walk to the Jean Talon market!
