You will have access to a shared bathroom, kitchen and other common areas. You will share with two roommates, one male and one female, and reasonably share responsibilities for cleaning and upkeep.
The rent is 175 per week plus $500 deposit or $650 per month plus $500 deposit. All utilities are included. Internet is available as well as laundry.
Street parking is available. The room is near major bus routes including number 1, 43 and Max Purple as well as numerous small bus routes. Marlborough train station is 5 to 7 minutes away by bus and Max Purple is 5 to 10 minutes walking.
