The other bedroom is a large 13.5 foot by 9.5 foot room with a large double closet (measuring 7 feet) and also has a private fridge and microwave with shared bathroom.

Condo has a huge balcony with view of CN Tower, Lake Ontario and the city skyline.
Rent for the huge bedroom is $1,100 per month and $1,000 per month for the large bedroom which includes in-unit laundry, use of kitchen and all utilities including hydro, internet and cable included. Parking available (extra fee for parking).
