We’re both in our early/mid 20s (one student, one working). Super chill vibe here—everyone does their own thing, nothing crazy. We’re fine with pets if they’re chill, and smoking is outside only. Just looking for someone who’s reasonably clean and down for a relaxed living space.

The house is in a great spot: close to Algonquin, Loblaws, Highway access, and OC Transpo.
