Welcome to our private home at 3520 Downpatrick Road, where a comfortable and inviting room is available for rent. This well-maintained house offers 24/7 security monitoring and the convenience of air conditioning. Additionally, we have a dedicated cleaning lady who visits once a month to ensure the common areas are kept tidy and clean.

Situated just off Hunt Club at the Downpatrick/McCarthy intersection, our home boasts a prime location. Bus stops are only a few minutes' walk away, making transportation a breeze. South Keys shopping centre, which houses a variety of popular establishments including a cinema, Walmart, Chapters, Staples, Winners, Loblaws, and more, is either a pleasant 15-minute walk or a quick 3-stop bus ride away. For students and faculty, easy access to the OTrain at South Keys is another advantage. Carleton University can be reached within 20 minutes, while the University of Ottawa is a mere 30-minute commute.

The room is available for rent at $800 and covers all utilities, internet, and basic amenities such as toilet paper and cleaning products. Our house features the convenience of a dishwasher and two large fridges. If desired, the room can be furnished.

Please note that a mature lady resides in the basement suite along with her friendly cat. Considering this, our ideal tenants would be mature students or professionals who would appreciate a peaceful and harmonious living environment.
