Looking for someone to move in for November, or soon after as one of our roommates is moving for work. The room is a cozy, basement bedroom with a large closet and mirrors and exposed brick/stone wall. Perhaps the only downside is that the window in the bedroom is small. The apartment is ground floor, clean with good-quality appliances and access to a yard area that we upkeep as a garden and bbq/dining and hangout area. The neighbourhood is in a convenient location, close to Sherbrooke metro and various city bus lines and other ammenities; yet there is very little street noise and it is a generally safe area.

Listed rent price includes electricity, wi-fi, and apartment insurance.

We are both PhD students nearing the ends of our degrees. Clean, respectful, and open to hosting guests and parties, while also respecting quiet time.
