Wonderful location! Walking distance to the Trinity Bellwood's park which is literally across the street, Ossington and Queen streets with plenty of bars, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. 7min walk to the Little Italy neighbourhood.
20min walk to the Exhibition GO Train station and downtown. There are streetcars that connect you to the subway on both Dundas and Queen street. Or a bus from Ossington street to Ossington subway station.
The room is big and very comfortable, it comes with a big wardrobe. The apartment has a nice bright living/dining room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, and dishwasher. There is a washing machine on site with limited access.
You will be roommates with 1 woman in their 20s and another in their 30s, both organized, clean and easy-going. You will share a bathroom with only one person. We both work from home and we are looking for a QUIET person. Ideally someone with a similar working schedule (9-5). Being CLEAN and ORGANIZED is a must. The ideal candidate is mature and considerate, experienced in co-living.
