Nearby golf courses: 10 minutes to Avondale (hidden gem), Brudenell and Dundarave, 30 minutes to Crowbush, 20 minutes to Fox Meadow.

This guest house was completed in 2022. New King bed (2025).

We're located on a peaceful and quiet property in the country. You'll be surrounded by farmland and forest. The house is 1100 square feet with a spacious 750 square foot wrap around porch/deck with a privacy fence. This guesthouse is located far enough from the main house to ensure guest privacy on the deck, at the barbeque, and firepit area.

The living room and kitchen use a mini split for AC and heat. Electric baseboard heating throughout. Gas generator available for power outages.

The kitchen has everything that you need to prepare meals, a Keurig coffee machine, kettle, regular coffee maker, blender, slow cooker, air fryer, and toaster. Bedding and linens provided.
Washer and dryer (2024 new) are onsite.

As this is a guesthouse, the homeowners are situated on the neighboring lot. We're a quiet, professional working couple.

No pets. No smoking. No parties.
