Young adult in late 20's looking to rent a nice, clean and inviting space. Looking for something within a 15-20 minute drive to Halifax (nothing further than Bedford or Dartmouth) as I am a full time RN and work at the QE2.
Needs - own bathroom, open concept kitchen with newer finishes (including updated bathroom), and a good amount of lighting and space. Female roommate and balcony or outside space preferred. Budget is up to $1400 a month. I also have a car so prefer underground or parking with a garage (for those cold months).
Would be lovely if I could find a space of my own, but understand that it can be hard to come by (would pay up to 1800 if this was the case). I also do not have any furniture (expect a makeup mirror and small chair), so if furnished, even better.
