split currently by 3 people is 966$ each
The other 2 lease holders are in the process of filling the other 3 rooms in the house once those rooms are all filled rent for this room will be 850$ a month
Move ASAP
Wifi hydro is tenant’s responsibility but depending on what you get can pay between 70-100$$ a month
The location is amazing its honestly the best I’d stay but I’m moving closer to work and school
