I don't party. I am also quiet, but sociable enough. I keep the place very clean and scent free, so a roommate would be expected to help do the same.

The room available is very large, with a good size double door closet and a private balcony.



Parking is available for an extra charge.

Apartment is on the 7th floor of a well maintained building.
