In need of immediate housing, current housing situation is no longer applicable as room I'm renting is needed for immediate use by family member.

I work full time Monday to Friday and have my daughter on weekends. I'm clean and responsible, don't drink or smoke or party. Just play video games and sleep mostly, and my daughter and I spend a lot of time adventuring on weekends.

Hoping to find a private place, a basement with a kitchen and bathroom preferable. I don't have money up front but I can move in immediately and start paying rent the following month. Can also opt into doing yard work to help earn my keep for the first few weeks until I make my first rent payment.

If I don't find somewhere to go in the next week I may have to use a shelter as I have no family or friends able to take me, and then I won't be able to see my daughter.
