Rental Terms:

- 1st and last month's rent are required
- 3 months initial minimum lease with an option to extend
- 1 month's notice if the landlord decides to sell the house. You will be arranged in another house by the same landlord if it happens.

- Basement at $1200 per month with 3 bedrooms, one shared kitchen, and 1 washroom shared with one other tenant for 1* Grace street
