I'm looking to sublease my room from January to August/ January to April/ April to August, with other possible periods according to your need and the dates are flexible. I have a lovely cozy room, which will come fully furnished. My room has a queen size soft bed, a TV, a desk and chair for study, a closet, a big nice window, and more. The bathroom, living room, and kitchen will be shared with one other person. We also have a nice and spacious balcony. The rent will include all utilities.

My apartment building has a gym, a terrace, a common room, and study room! We are less than a 5 minute walk from McGill, a 2 minute walk from Peel metro station, and have a bus stop right outside the building. There are many restaurants a few minute walk away, and it is in the heart of downtown Montreal!
