Pricing: The rate is $40 per night to be paid in advance during move-in. Option to extend depends on availability.

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required upon booking. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out with no damages.

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is set from 3PM and check-out time is set at 12PM.

Booking: A deposit of 75$ is required to secure your reservation. This amount will be returned during check-out if there are no damages or issues at the property.
