Closest coin laundry is 2 bus stops away from the house.


First and last with no exceptions. References, rental history and financial capacity to pay rent on time - are required.

Lease - 12 month minimum. Maximum 2 people. No sharing with a 'friend'. No sub-lease, No AirBnB or similar.
