An email statement of inclusive rent, with no extra fees, can be provided in an email, after a discussion, and an in person viewing. The email agreement is void, unless the renter has confirmed back in agreement. Applicable ID and work info is shown, preferably, at the same time that the confirmed email agreement has been sent. The ID and work info is shown only, but received/photocopied on move in day. It is shown for eligibility, only when email agreement has been agreed upon. 4 to 6 month rental stay, with the option of extending.
