You can put a microwave and use this area to do some simple food prep/reheating without going upstairs to the shared kitchen. You have your own bathroom.

Another living room, kitchen and dinning room on the main floor to share. 3 other tenants live upstairs on the second floor.

Townhouse is very close to Century Park LRT station, 1 min walk. Super convenient if you are taking the transit.

Rent is $775 including all utilities, and internet for single occupancy. An additional $100/month for two people. 1 month rent for deposit. 1 year lease prefered. Available immediately.

Must be clean and respectiful. No pets, no smoking. vaping and drugs. no parties.
