Our very clean & well maintained house has 5 furnished bedrooms. We currently have 1 Large Furnished Bedroom with a private Ensuite Washroom available for rent. All of the current Tenants living in the house are attending Universities in the Ottawa/Gatineau region. We include, at no additional charge, the services of a Cleaning Lady who cleans the entire house every 2 weeks. The house is a 15 minute drive to the University of Ottawa and the downtown core of Ottawa. If using Public Transit, there is a bus stop in front of the house. The bus trip to downtown Ottawa takes approximately 35 minutes. The entire house is smoke-free and is available for non-smokers only. Our minimum Lease Term is one year. The rent includes all utilities (Water & Electricity) and also includes the use of the following items:
