My dog is territorial so must be willing to engage with him and make him feel like you’re part of the pack. Please help him feel you are safe to share the home with you. My pets take up space. He will bark initially. It takes time for a dog to accept a new stranger so please be open and understanding while he adjusts. He sleeps very soundly at night time.

He has a private entrance. Rent includes the main floor only, shared laundry area in the basement, shared huge backyard and front yard.

1 bathroom is shared on the main floor. As well as a shared living room and shared kitchen.

I am looking for a month to month agreement. Electricity, heating, hydro, WiFi and tenant insurance are all included in the rent cost. Which is $1,010 per month.

It depends. I’m not very open to more pets as they may not all get along well. Perhaps a meeting between them might be possible. No guarantee though.
