Rules: absolutely no pets (not even a small cat or a trained, small dog) no smoking (vaping, weed, hookah, etc) in the unit or in driveway.
Utilities: Tenants are responsible for a small portion of the average total utilities which will be added to monthly rent($150).
Available to you for free: 1 parking space on driveway (second spot available for a fee) Completely private washing machine and dryer without sharing it with others. Completely private entrance and storage space. you do not need to get internet as you will be given the wifi password.
